The VendorLink servers are hosted in ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 1 Type II, HIPAA and NEN 7510 compliant environments. The servers in the Amsterdam area are in a state-of-the-art data centre with excellent security and extensive redundant connection.
Communication between you and the VendorLink servers is encrypted through industry best-practices HTTPS and TLS. This encryption is also used when exchanging files with sensitive information. With the VendorLink Pitcher, you can securely transfer these files to our servers through these HTTPS connections without having to use email or other unsafe methods.
Single sign-on (SSO) allows users to authenticate in your organization's own systems, without requiring users login information in VendorLink. This offers besides additional security also user convenience. VendorLink supports the Security Assertion Mark-up Language (SAML) protocol and has implemented various implementations in various types of environments, including MS ADFS.
VendorLink supports 2-factor Authentication for users who log in to the system. 2-FA adds an extra layer of security to your VendorLink environment, making it more difficult for someone else than you to log in.
